Chick-fil-A Collier Twp is seeking a developed leadership professional who wants to bring their experience to our growing business. But even more, we are looking for leaders who care for people and want to positively impact our team members and guests.
You’ll be working alongside, communicating with, training, and coaching all Team Members and Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals.
Restaurant Managers must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Owner/Operator, and will train in and have oversight of the business operations, including front-of-house or back-of-house duties.
Pay Type: $16-19
Position Type:
Full-Time, 42-45 hours per week
Must have availability 2 weekends per month

Requirements:
Relevant Management Experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
Proficient with Apple and Microsoft products
Responsibilities:
Train, develop, mentor, coach, and provide accountability to mid-level Leaders and Team Members
Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Restaurant Manager with proper documentation, and reports serious violations or safety concerns to the Operator
Conducts one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders and Team Members to invest in, develop, and grow our team professionally
Implements new ideas to improve the guest experience & Operational Excellence
Evaluates and provides accountability for all employees through consistent training
Aligning daily practices of the area of the restaurant the Director oversees with the vision of the Owner/Operator
Maintains all equipment, and places orders when needed
Motivates the team by sharing data, customer comments, and creating contests
Participates in scheduled meetings with the Senior Leadership team, making adjustments and suggestions to stay ahead of the growing business
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Has a full understanding of all management positions in the restaurant to be able to step in when necessary
